RMA Requests
Tomauri would like to make getting your RMA # to you as easy as possible. Please complete the following steps to ensure a quick and easy return:

- Fax the completed form to (905) 886-6452.
We try to be as prompt as possible, and will respond to all RMA requests within 48 hours.

Return Policy
Tomauri accepts returns from customers with accounts which are current. The purpose of the Return Policy is to govern the process for:
- The repair or replacement of faulty products distributed by Tomauri Inc. according to the Manufacturer's warranty, and any additional Tomauri warranty.
- The correction of shipping and ordering errors.
1) Faulty Products:
- Products Faulty within 60 Days of the Invoice Date:
Subject to the product manufacturer's warranty policy, Tomauri will replace defective product returned to us within 60 days of the invoice date. Defective products must be returned in the manufacturer's original carton and must include all components and other items originally packaged with the product (i.e. cables, manuals, etc.). Promotionally linked products must also be included. Incomplete products do not qualify for RMA and will be disposed of after 30 days or returned to you at your own expense.
Please note that defective hardware returns are tested at Tomauri Inc. by trained technicians. Any product that is found not to be defective will be returned to you at your expense.
Certain manufacturers require that defective and DOA products be returned directly to them. Information is subject to change without notice. Relevant details are available from Tomauri's Account Managers, or our web-site at www.tomauri.com.
- Warranty Claims Subsequent to 60 Days after the Invoice Date:
The product manufacturer provides product warranties, if any. Tomauri Inc. makes no warranties whatsoever and can not be held responsible for the terms, conditions or claims in manufacturers' warranties. The terms of dealing with a product that becomes defective after being in use for a period of time is governed by the manufacturers' warranty. Please contact the manufacturer for warranty handling of all defective products.
In some cases, Tomauri acts as the warranty agent for manufacturers. In this case a processing charge may apply.
2) Shipping and Ordering Errors
All claims for shipping errors, ordering errors and shipping damage must be made in writing within two (2) business days from the date of receipt of the order. Claims can be faxed to (905)-886-6452.
In the case of Refused Orders, a 25% restocking fee will apply to all.
How to return goods that qualify under the above guidelines:
- Obtain a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA number) by downloading and faxing the RMA request form from our web site. Customers are urged to process defective product RMA's no more frequently than once per month. RMA requests totaling less than $25 will result in processing delays and may be subject to a processing charge.
- Within 2 business days of submission of the RMA request you will receive an RMA number or a request for clarification in the case of an incomplete or incorrect RMA request.
- Once you have received the RMA number, return the goods properly packaged to:

Note: Use shipping labels on all cartons being returned. Please ensure the RMA number is clearly marked on all address labels. Do not write anything on the outside of the manufacturer's boxes. Product returns that do not meet these guidelines may be refused and returned without prior notification.
- Within two business days of receipt by Tomauri, the repaired part or a replacement will be sent to you.
Please be aware of the following:
- Transportation charges are non refundable.
- RMA's must be shipped prepaid, collect shipments are refused.
- RMA numbers are valid for 15 days from issue. For this reason, we strongly encourage you to return product immediately upon receipt of the RMA number.
- RMA's will not be processed for overdue accounts.
- Non-stocked and custom orders are not returnable.
- End of line products have 30 day warranty periods unless otherwise stated.
- Tomauri's liability is limited to repair or replacement of faulty products. No cash refunds are made. Tomauri is not responsible for consequential damage due to use or misuse of the products it distributes.
- Products rendered defective because of improper use or handling are not eligible for return.
- Any extra products included in a returning RMA shipment that have not been specifically authorized will be disposed of after 30 days or upon request will be returned at your cost.
- Please remember that some products may not qualify for return, or may be subject to restocking fees. Standard restocking charges are 25% of the value of the goods.
