Why can't I see prices and an 'Add to Cart' button?

You must be logged in to see prices and add items to your shopping
cart. You can login with the username and password you received from your Account
Manager. If you don't have a username and password, call your Account Manager at 1 (800)
268-4049.

How do I shop online?
A.
First you have to log in. Then
you'll be able see prices and add items to your cart.

How do I get a username and password?
A.
Tomauri customers have to call their Account Manager to receive a
username and password.
Remember your username the email address you registered with
Tomauri.
Q.
What if I forget my username or password?
A.
Passwords can be retrieved online by clicking the “Forgot Password”
link on the Login screen.
Orders

What happens when an order is placed?
A.
Your order is submitted to our internal systems where it is reviewed
by your Account Manager. Your Account Manager will call to follow up and inform you of
special offers and new products available from Tomauri. If you do not want a follow up,
please write a message in our "Notes to staff" portion of the checkout.
Q.
How will I know when my order is shipped?
A.
You will receive an email confirmation whenever an order is shipped.
Q.
Can I edit an order after it is placed?
A.
If you want to add or delete items from your order, please call your
Account Manager. If you don't know who your Account Manager is, call 1 (800) 268-4049 and
press "0". Someone will be happy to assist you.
Q.
How can I cancel an order?
A.
Call 1 (800) 268-4049 as soon as possible. We work hard to send
out orders the same day. Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled.
Q.
What happens if a product is out of stock?
A. Products that are out of stock are displayed as “Out of Stock” on the
website. Items are posted as available as soon as we receive stock.
